Totally up to you. 🤷īut because I know first hand how busy life can be, especially during the week, I wanted to share all of these printable weekly meal planners with you! every last one of them is free. and to be completely honest, sometimes there are weeks where I don’t use any of them because it just doesn’t happen at all. And in all different colors! I’ve even created and used ones with a Sunday start and with a Monday start. Over time I’ve created a bunch of different menu plan templates – blank ones, horizontal and vertical, ones with snacks, ones with a grocery list, and more. over the years my weekly meal planner has evolved from a simple list on the fridge to a notebook to an actual planner too, as of late, one of the free weekly meal plan templates you see below. 🙂 My love for planning also spills over into meal planning. there is just something about writing down my thoughts and to-dos and everything else that helps me stay organized and stress-free during the daily chaos known as life with four kids.
